I say I work with writers, but, in reality, I work with value seekers.
I collaborate with writers from all different backgrounds and stages of their careers to make writing a value-driven profession. My coaching calls, workshops, and planning days are designed to make you feel like a million bucks and give you the agency, clarity, and purpose you need to go after a million bucks (or that book proposal or hot byline...) I have over a decade of experience as a freelance writer, covering travel and human interest narratives. I've written for publications big and small, spoken to dozens of groups, and maintained a blog for 12 plus years. I know all too well what it means to go from barely keeping your head above water to having a sense of agency as you navigate the choppy sea that is the publishing and media industry. As such, I love working with other writers to hone business strategies that support their artistic ambitions. |
The Clothesline is a bi-monthly newsletter offering cozy content for writers who love to plan, travel, and read. This is where I share writing advice and resources, carefully curated reading recommendations, and inspiring travel tales. Plus, it contains the latest news from the Thursday Murder (Book) Club, my free book club for fans of British-style murder mysteries. Pro-level subscribers enjoy extended content, interviews with travel writers, and more.
